At TwoTwelve, we’ve recognized a need for the referral process to evolve and meet the needs of a rapidly changing business environment.
Each prospective new member must be sponsored in by an existing member. The existing member has “Vouched” for them and their character.
Each prospective member will under go a thorough background check by a third party Screening Firm. Some of the areas to be verified include proper licensing, a clean BBB report, and they are checked to make sure there is no criminal history or a listing on the sex offender registry.
Each member agrees to our Member Ethics Covenant.
Our weekly meetings are structured to be very efficient.(60 minutes or less) We respect your time.
Each member will have a website profile. Team members utilize this tool to “manufacture” opportunities for each other.
Members may attend and participate in other TwoTwelve Referral Teams as long as their classification is NOT represented.
TwoTwelve Referral Network does not prohibit membersfrom participating in other referral organizations. Membership renewals are NOT automatic, but are contingent on performanceand overall value to the team. At TwoTwelve, our model and results speaks for itself.
All TwoTwelve Referral Teams receive assistance in BUILDING from the Corporate Office.
Quarterly Member-Guest Socials. These socials are designed to be FUN and to build the teams.
Unlimited Training. (Webinars and Live Trainings relevant to today’s business environment)
Two Twelve offers a unique proprietary component called a gratitude incentive; or “GI.” This program is optional for all members. We recognize that some businesses cannot take part in this, but most can. This gratitude incentive is not only designed to generate more referrals but to also generate higher quality referrals.
The Corporate Office of TwoTwelve Referral Network also rewards members who sponsor in New Memberswith a “Corporate Gratitude Incentive” of $100. This Corporate GI is also in effect when existing members sponsor new members into other TwoTwelve Referral Teams.
